USDA Prime Ribeye / kg
USDA Prime Ribeye
A well marbled cut. The USDA Prime grading is a classification based on the quality and marbling of the beef. The USDA Prime ribeye is easily identified by its abundant marbling and its tenderness. A juicy and flavourful cut originating from young healthy corn fed cattle. The USDA Prime Ribeye's abundant marbling gives rise to its melt-in-your-mouth texture. The fat when rendered gives an intense rich buttery flabour, a hallmark of a good quality steak. As with most other cuts originating from the USA, the beef is succulent with a milder beef flabour.
