The New Zealand Premium Grassfed Tenderloin is a very flavourful Steak, it is arguably the most tender of cuts originating form the loin of the cattle. This little worked muscle, coming from a strip of muscle tucked against the spine of the cattle is melt in your mouth tender. The cut is very lean, with less intramuscular fat and marbling giving it a robust beefy flabour. Be ready to be wow-ed by the nuanced flavour of grassfed beef and soft tenderness only found in Cattlelog's Tenderloin. The robust and intense beef flavour is second to none. This delicious cut can be portioned into fillet mignon steaks, tournedos, or cooked as a roast such as a Beef Wellington.
