The New Zealand Marble Slab originates from cattle of japanese breed and origin is a grassfed, and grain finished, for extra marbling and a high consistency in taste and quality. The high marbling grade is comparable to some wagyu cuts. A mouth watering melt in your mouth steak that is tender and flavourful.
Our Best seller. Equivalent Marbling as an A3 Wagyu, and we got it from New Zealand. This beef is great for pan searing, grilling, souvide, baking, broiling…anything you want. A super versatile cut that would make a regular home cook into a master of the kitchen. Definitely worth a try for first timers
