The New Zealand Grassfed Brisket, an often overlooked cut, is ideal for smoking or slow cooking on low indirect heat. A Tender and juicy cut, rich in flavour. For you slow cooking lovers, the Brisket makes an excellent choice for Beef Stew, beef Stroganoff and BBQ brisket. This cut may take a little longer tender loving care, but the results are definitely worth it!
