The Premium Beef Cheek is a lean cut, but intensely flavourful with the subtle nuance flavours of grassfed cattle. It is commonly cooked low and slow, most often braised or slow cooked to achieve a delectable tenderness with an unrivalled melt in your mouth texture. A less comon cut but when done right offers a unique flavour and texture. A meat experience unlike a conventional steak.
